The product worked for a while then lost its effectiveness. Returned this shipment to EntirelyPets for refund on 11/28/2008, still haven’t gotten the credit back to my account as of today 1/17/2009.

My disappointment is not with the product, but with whoever is responsible for packaging/shipping the product. I ordered a package of six Feliway refills. I was sent one Feliway refill instead of one package of six. However, my credit card was charged the price of the package of six plus shipping and handling. QA should have at least caught the noticable discrepancy in pricing between one ‘package’ and one ‘item’. I contacted the returns department, and was helped by a very nice young lady with barely adequate English language skills who had some difficulty understanding the problem, or perhaps understanding me. I did send the product back, and promptly received an email confirming that the credit card charge will be reversed. I have conducted many transactions with Amazon, mostly regarding books and DVD/CD’s. This is the only time I have had any problems.

I love the way the product works and you get over the time they say it last on the website. However I had to wait almost a week longer than I was told on the shipping. Sent two emails to customer service and never got a reply. Good product, bad customer service.

My cat started exhibiting inappropriate elimination behavior when our dog came to live with us. Instead of spraying, though, she poops outside of the box – often times right IN FRONT of the box. We’ve had her checked by the vet, bought more litter boxes, tried different kinds of litter, medication for IBS – nothing helped. I had heard about Feliway and decided to give it a shot – it did not work for my cat in the least. I think the only solution we haven’t tried is kitty prozac. Ugh.

I’ve given up on this product after using it for several months in various rooms as it seems to make no appreciable difference in stopping or limiting my cat spraying.
