My puppy really needs a bath, but I can’t make it to the pet store for dog shampoo! Alternatives?

My pup may have fleas and I want to take care of it immediately. I can’t get him dog shampoo because the pet store’s too far, and our vet is closed. What’s soemthing I can get at our local Walgreens that’s gentle and kills fleas? I heard that Dawn works but it doesn’t sound to convincing.

How to care for a pregnant dog who is about to give birth?

My 4 year old Labrador/Dalmation/Staffy mix is about to give birth thanks to my no-good Doberman/Poodle mix who made her pregnant in the first place! Anyhow, how do I care and prepare for the baby puppies? She is 64 days pregnant and has already started nesting. I’ve never been in this sitation but as I don’t think fixing pets is necissery and I am buying a not-fixed 1 year old female Beagle soon, I migh be in the situation again so I need ALLLLLLLL the help I can get now! I don’t plan to come back to this site as I have read in other questions, millions of people who answer about pregnant dogs and "NEWBIE" dog breeders are rude and mean. Anyhow, again, any advice for me? Would it be alright for my 7 year old daughter to start playing with her puppies as soon as they have been delivered and how long should I wait to get them vet checked and what do I do if something goes wrong? I’m very scared because Lilly’s mom gave birth to her litter throw ceseraian.

I am trying to open a dog hotel in a country where the only place for pet lovers are supply stores,any advice?

It will be a a breakthrough in animal care in my country, nothing like a dog hotel or day care here. It will be operating from my house which has plenty yard space. Any Design plans? I need all the help i can get, as a 22 year old aspiring. I want to have supplies available, kennels, i am working already on the finance to get it done. Where can i get the cheapest pet supplies? Or even online advice from concerning my new career opportunity.

how much does it cost to care for a dog?

Right now i cant get one but i want to save up for him and adopt a dachshund. how much do you usually spend on your dog? i dont make much like 20,000yr so should i wait until i get a better job? do you have pet insurance your dog too? would that help incase anything were to happen?

what is a good pet to get to go with an old spoiled set inher ways wiener dog?

my friend lives with us and he has a wiener dog that is mean and not good with other pets. i want a pet but hes very picky about this dog. i dont even know how to talk to him about the fact that i want a pet. but my heart is crying out for a pet to love and care for. please help

What should I name my newly found dog grooming/dog services company?

i have recently taken on the challenge of opening a business. i named it Paw Pals Pet Care, and i offer dog grooming services and house/pet sitting services. i was not too thrilled with the name i came up with to begin with, and now i am also looking into offering dog services (i.e. dog walking, delivery of pet necessities), so i’m interested in changing my business’ name. the best thing i’ve come up with so far is "the paw shop", but i’m open for suggesting.
